If you see the above error message when you attempt to generate pension benefits for employees, this indicates the banked years have been reached. To determine the number of years set as the banked years for the single pension scheme in back office, follow the steps below.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If you can't access the Pension System Parameters screen, you need to activate the menu option.

  1. Click CorePension then click Pension System Parameters.

  2. Click Maintain System Parameters.

At the bottom of the screen, the Banked Years field shows the number of banked years.

You can only calculate pension benefits for a number of future years thatโ€™s equal to or less than the value in the Banked Years field. For example, if you set Banked Years to 20, you wonโ€™t see an error until 20 years after the last banked year. To avoid this error, you should increase the Banked Years value as needed.
