Activate the pension functionality on CorePortal

Give employees access to view their pension benefits in CorePortal.

To allow employees to view their pension benefits in CorePortal, you can activate the pension functionality. To do this, follow the steps below on CorePortal.

πŸ“ŒNote: Before you can do this, ensure your configuration includes the option to view pension benefits in portal. If it doesn't, or you're unsure, please contact your account manager.

  1. Click CorePension then click Reference.

  2. Click Pension Scheme then search for the relevant scheme.

  3. Click the right arrow icon to go to page 3.

  4. Click Display Benefits in ESS.

Once you've done this, the employee can view their pension benefits in CorePortal. If they see the error 'Pension options have not been activated', please raise a case to our support team and include details of the pension schemes affected.
