To ensure accuracy and security, our DBA team upload the pension scheme booklets in PeopleXD Pension. If you need to upload a new booklet to the server, you need to raise a case to our support team, with the relevant pension scheme booklet attached to your case.
Once you've done this and a support analyst confirms they've uploaded the document, to update or access it in PeopleXD Pension, follow the steps below in back office.
Click CorePension then click Ess Publisher.
Click FAQ/Booklet Setup.
In the Pension Scheme field, enter the pension scheme.
Press Tab on your keyboard.
Enter the following for the fields on the FAQ/Booklet screen:
File Type: Explanatory booklet.
Description: Explanatory Booklet - Scheme #
File Name: Enter the name of file here. For example, 'scheme_6_explanatory_booklet'
Click the save
icon.
