Process an ASC refund

How to add an ASC refund in PeopleXD Pension.

To add an ASC Refund in PeopleXD Pension, you need to make adjustments on the Record Pension Options screen. To to this, follow the steps below in back office.

  1. Click CorePension then click Maintenance.

  2. Click Record Pension Option.

  3. In the Employee Ref field, enter the employee number.

  4. From the Chosen Pension Option drop-down menu, select the relevant option.

  5. From the Scheme Exit Category drop-down menu, select the relevant option.

  6. Manually enter the following refund values:

    • Gross Refund

    • Tax Deducted

    • Nett Refund

    • Date Refunded Save

  7. To save, click the save image.png icon.
