If you encounter this error message while trying to generate a pensioner benefit, it typically indicates that you need to enable the Recalc Pensioner function.
This is required to include the option type (such as Deferred) in the pensioners' calculations.
To resolve this, enable the 'Recalc Pensioner' option for the relevant option type. To do this, follow the steps below in Back Office.
Click CorePension then click Pension System Parameters.
Click Activate Pensioner Options.
In the Pension Scheme field, enter the relevant pension scheme number.
From the relevant Option Type dropdown menu, select Recalc Pensioner.
To save changes, click the save
icon.
