If you've attempted to generate a pensioner benefit and this error message appears, it usually means the employee is linked to multiple pension schemes. PeopleXD Pension is attempting to retrieve data from a scheme that hasn't been marked as recorded off.
To resolve this, you need to mark the other pension schemes as exempt from calculation.
Click Pension then click Maintenance.
Click Employee Pension Details then enter the employee number.
Press Tab on your keyboard then highlight the relevant row.
Click Edit then select the Exempt from Calculation checkbox.
Click Save.
