There may be times when you need to apply a pension override on a tiered scheme, for example, due to exceptions, corrections, or specific contractual arrangements. To do this, follow the steps below.
πNote: You can apply overrides only after the employee is enrolled in the scheme. If theyβre being auto-enrolled in the current period, you need to wait until the following period.
Open the Payroll Dashboard then click Employee.
Click the relevant employee then click the Pension tab.
From the menu, select Edit.
Under EE/ER Contributions, in the Override field, enter the relevant value.
Click Save.
