If this error message appears when you attempt to generate the pension benefit, this is because the employee has been marked as exempt from calculation on the scheme you're generating benefits for.
To resolve this, you need to unmark the employee as exempt. To do this, follow the steps below.
Click CorePension then click Maintenance.
Click Employee Pension Details.
Click Maintain Employee Pension Details.
Clear the Exempt from Calculation check box.
